The below china was designed and created for the 125th reunion celebration.

The set included dinner plates, luncheon plates, cups and saucers, milk and sugar containers.

Planning for the Celebration:

A planning committee consisting of past students, teachers and community supporters was organized to prepare for the 125th Anniversary celebration of BCI in Brockville.

The committee worked diligently for two years, putting together a weekend that promised to provide numerous opportunities to re-connect, reminisce, and relive the high school experience.

The Celebration

Official celebrations took place May 24-26, 2013 

  • Staff, students, teachers and parents gathered to celebrate

  • It was a fundraising event for the school

    • Over $40 000 was raised

  • Friday started with a pub night social

  • Saturday an open house and barbecue was held at BCI, followed by a Red Ram Rendezvous in the evening.

    • a Red Ram rendezvous(the signature event) an evening of good food and entertainment and a chance to take home prizes

  • A number of items were available including remembrance videos and BCI washable tattoos.

  • Bill Loshaw, principal at the time, cut a red ribbon for the big finale

  • The director of education, David Thomas praised BCI for its rich traditions and long history academic excellence

  • The Brockville concert band was present
